MACHINE STRUCTURE
The MID 400-600-800 T rusticator from C.M. Macchine consists of:
- 3 synthetic abrasive brushes with a diameter of 190 mm deform the treated surface, giving the wood a special 'sandblasting effect'.
- 1 set of 2 vertical brushes with a diameter of 190 mm.

WORKING PROCESS
The machining process of the MID 400 600 T 1-sided rusticator consists of three steps:
1. The workpiece is placed on the conveyor belt and pushed over the loading surface.
2. The conveyor belt drags the piece up to the brushes, where these remove the soft fiber from the surface being worked, leaving the veins and the more resistant fibers in relief.
3. Finally, the piece comes out of the machine and is supported by hand.
