CM Macchine's RTI 400-600 RUSTIFLEX brushing machine is made up of:
- 1 independent synthetic abrasive brush.
- 1 RUSTIFLEX group.
RUSTIFLEX GROUP STRUCTURE
The RUSTIFLEX unit is made up of 2 edge cutters to produce the rustic effect on the edges of the chosen material.
THE PHASES IN DETAIL
WORKING PROCESS
The working process of the 1-side brushing machine RTI 400-600 RUSTIFLEX consists of three phases:
1. The workpiece is placed on the conveyor belt and pushed over the loading surface.
2. The conveyor belt drags the piece up to the brushes, where these remove the soft fiber from the surface being worked, leaving the veins and the more resistant fibers in relief.
3. Finally, the piece comes out of the machine and is supported by hand.
