This machine has the particularity of deforming the cut surface giving the wood a saw cut effect

MACHINE STRUCTURE
CM Macchine's RTI 400-600 SAW brushing machine is composed of:
- 2-3 independent synthetic abrasive brushes with a diameter of 190 mm.
- 1 independent SAW group.
SAW GROUP STRUCTURE
The SAW group is composed of an abrasive belt which serves to reproduce the rustic effect on the edges of the material.
THE PHASES IN DETAIL
WORKING PROCESS
The working process of the RTI 400-600 SAW 1-side BRUSHING MACHINE consists of three phases:
1. The workpiece is placed on the conveyor belt and pushed over the loading surface.
2. The conveyor belt drags the piece up to the brushes, where these remove the soft fiber from the surface being worked, leaving the veins and the more resistant fibers in relief.
3. Finally, the piece comes out of the machine and is supported by hand.
