CM Macchine's RUSTILEV 1-sides BRUSHING MACHINE is an easy-to-use machine designed and built for brushing, antiquing and smoothing wooden beams, boards, matchboards and floors.
This machine has the particularity of being equipped with special abrasive brushes that deform the treated surface, giving the wood a particular "sandblasting effect
The maximum width of the workpiece is 600 mm.

CM Macchine's RUSTILEV brushing machine is made up of:
- 1 independent sanding group.
- 2-3 independent synthetic abrasive brushes with a diameter of 190 mm.
THE PHASES IN DETAIL
WORKING PROCESS
The working process of the RUSTILEV brushing machine 1 side consists of three phases:
1. The workpiece is inserted through one of the material passage holes up to the piece presence photocell.
2. The conveyor belt descends and, as soon as it rests on the piece, it drags it through the machine where the brushing groups and the sanding group perform the machining.
3. Finally, the piece comes out of the machine and is supported by hand.
