CM Macchine has designed the semi-automatic Finger Joint machines for laminated beams to perform finger jointing on the ends of two boards and finger jointing. The machines are completed with a glue unit for a perfect sealing of the lamella.
The semi-automatic Finger Joint mod. ECO-LOGIC is a machine designed by CM Macchine to joint lamellar beams. is a semi-automatic machine because it has manual positioning of the boards and subsequently an automatic joining cycle.

MACHINE STRUCTURE
The finger joint is equipped with a trimming unit at the output with the possibility of both manual and automatic activation using a photocell applied to an unloading station with the possibility of adjusting the final length of the jointed lamella.
FEEDING ROLLERS
The ECO-LOGIC semi-automatic Finger Joint is equipped with feeding rollers and piece positioning at the machine entry.
PIECE-BLOCKING CLAMPS
The piece clamps are hydraulic, one of which is FIXED to block the piece already positioned at the entrance and a MOBILE one to carry out the joining operation.
SAW GROUP
There is an automatic pneumatic saw unit for cutting the lamella to the established length.
