MODEL COMPOSITION
The Bio-Logic model washing water purifier consists of:
MACHINE STRUCTURE
Made of heavy electro-welded mechanical carpentry characterized by high resistance and stability.
RESERVOIR
With a capacity of 200 liters and a truncated cone shape with a square section; completely made of high density linear polyethylene and rotationally molded.
DIAPHRAGM PUMP
To carry the waste water from the washing of painting plants up to the upper tank.
CONTROL PANEL
Equipped with main switch, emergency stop button, machine start and stop buttons and timer.
MIXER GROUP
Equipped with a whip to centrifuge the waste water.
OPTIONAL ITEMS

FLOCCULANT BAG 25 kg
Containing a chemical reagent which separates the solid part from the liquid part in waste water

For the collection of the fixed residue.
THE PHASES IN DETAIL
WORKING PROCESS
The manufacturing process of the WATER PURIFIER MOD. BIO-LOGIC consists of three phases:
1. The waste water, following the washing of the impregnating plants, is pumped into the tank to be subjected to the flocculation process.
2. Dirty water is centrifuged by an electromechanical mixer.
3. The result of the centrifuge is discharged and filtered in special bags which retain the solid residues.
